Bug or Typo ;)
Today I came across a common issue as displayed here below. 
It warms my heart to see humanity leaving traces of itself lying around. But here’s my question: I wonder how many person hours go into proofing grammar and spelling errors in code that Microsoft release? Still it’s nice to see imperfection from to time, it reminds us that were human (as long as it doesn’t interfere with my application!). If you know the answer to the question post a comment and put me out of my misery.
